Paypal deals with the payment process, if we do not recieve a payment confirmation email your advert will not be added to the site. Please contact paypal if you are having problems.
We own the right to remove any advert without warning.
If we deem an advert or destination offensive we will remove it without warning.
Every month, on the date of your first payment, your subscription will be renewed.
Your subscription will be set to automatically renew at the price of your first payment (This does not apply to the free advert offer).
If you are unable to pay for whatever reason, your subscription will be cancelled and your advert removed.
It is your right to cancel the subscription at any time.
You will not be refunded any money.
It is up to YOU to cancel your paypal subscription, we cannot do it for you.
We will be notified by paypal once you cancel your subscription, so there is no need to contact us about a cancellation.
Once you have cancelled, your advert will be removed at the end of that payed months subscription.
You cannot re-activate an order, you must create a new subscription and resend us your order details.
We DO NOT give refunds on any orders.
Refunds will only be given on duplicated orders.
We DO NOT give refunds on uncancelled orders, your advert will remain in place on Pick A Box.
The advert is only free for the first month, after which it is your option to start a subscription with us at the price stated on the order page.
You may only order 1 free ad per URL.
Without prejudice to our other rights under these terms and conditions, if you breach these terms and conditions in any way, we may take such action as we deem appropriate to deal with the breach, including suspending your access to the website, prohibiting you from accessing the website, blocking computers using your IP address from accessing the website, contacting your internet service provider to request that they block your access to the website and/or bringing court proceedings against you.
We may revise these terms and conditions from time-to-time. Revised terms and conditions will apply to the use of our website from the date of the publication of the revised terms and conditions on our website. Please check this page regularly to ensure you are familiar with the current version.
We may transfer, sub-contract or otherwise deal with our rights and/or obligations under these terms and conditions without notifying you or obtaining your consent. You may not transfer, sub-contract or otherwise deal with your rights and/or obligations under these terms and conditions.
